01The challenge
Government skill programs must train many people, keep quality high and lead to real jobs. That needs strong support on the ground.
02How we help
We support major schemes such as ISDS (Integrated Skill Development Scheme), DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) and state training programs. We have trained 50,000+ people under ISDS and 2,400+ under DDU-GKY in Bihar and Jharkhand.

We help apparel companies join SAMARTH, a placement-linked skill program in PPP mode that builds a skilled workforce for the textile and apparel sector.
